"Overall Happy Days accommodation was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the crockery needs a little updating as there quite a lot of chipped plates and mugs, and a few of the towels had seen better days."

Cons: some of the other staff were a little brisk; expensive wine by the glass; and breakfast was included but a little mean. There was not buffet for pastries, toast or fruit - just a single choice from the breakfast menu and a fairly small portion size. "

"The house was family friendly. We asked for a travel cot, highchair and bed which they provided and this was very helpful. Tess and Ed left us some treats which were a lovely surprise to start our holiday. They communicated with us well. The location to the seafront is great. Only a few minutes walk there and to the park.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we went back to Littlehampton. Thank you! "
