"Unfortunately they put me in a room that has a thumping sound the whole entire night. It wasn't consistent and would turn off sometimes for a few minutes but I ended up getting only 1 hour of sleep with a pillow squished over my head. I don't know if they would've accommodated a room change, that's on me, but I was just there from 11pm with an early morning exit, so I don't particularly want the middle-of-the-night hassle. "

"I had a room that’s just been refurbished. It’s so much nicer than before. Other floors currently being refurbished. Parking can be a nightmare driving around because the car park is used by gym members. Food good. Staff great and helpful and the gym is great too. Cheers"

"Great stay, lovely polite stay and facilities why brilliant. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms finished to a good standard. Beds were comfortable. Only downside would be maybe some of the soundproofing between rooms especially where there is an adjoining door. Whilst in bed the sound of the light switches in the neighbouring room could be heard. Saying that I’d easily stay here again."

"The flat was in all ok. We had problems checking in when filling up the requested form...as they insisted they needed proof of residence!. The other problem was related to the poor quality of the beds in both rooms. Mattresses very thin ans very soft. Impossible to sleep and rest!!! The beds also soft and squeaking all the time!!"
