Our stay at the Westin Cleveland was extremely disappointing. The first room they put us in was clearly not cleaned properly — the tub had dirt and debris all over it and the shower wouldn’t even get hot. Clean hotel. Affordable accommodations. Nice restaurant called Betts right next to lobby. Lobby was clean and nice with a modern fireplace to keep warm. Will definitely be back.
