Very clean and well equipped home. The view is everything! Great little gas grill outside is perfectly located on a wrap around deck with magnificent view of Yonah Mountain! Pool table on first floor are great amenities. Air unit froze but proper manager came right away to assess and fix sitation. Excellent communication all around.

The property is exactly as picture/described. Perfect for a couples getaway. There is privacy, beautiful views and we love the hot tub deck with the little tiki bar. The grill was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. The location is close to many great hikes with waterfalls. We would definitely come back.

Great Cabin

We got married in Toccoa Falls and had our honeymoon here. We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful cabin. Everything was thought of and the place was very clean. Would come back again!

The place is in a beautiful location and is an over nice home. Be warned you need a high vehicle to get up to the house. The home was dirty though. We had to sweep and wipe things down when we arrived. The master bed was full of sand for some strange reason. We were looking forward to using the tub however it was so dirty I had to wipe it out and still couldn't use because when you turned the jet on it filled with Filth. The water pressure was horrible. We also planned to cook out but the grill was so gross that we couldn't.The house house was well equipped with things you would need. The hot tub was clean and everyone enjoyed it. The pool table was a hit with my crew.

Love this property!

Love this property. This is the second time we've stayed at Bear Cabin. Great place to just relax and reset. Beautiful views. Short drive to Helen, GA and 45-55 min drive to Clayton and Dillard, GA. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend

If your looking for a super nice place to stay then this is the one. Cabin is very nice and clean. Location is great for Helen and surrounding towns. You may need a 4 wheel drive to get to the cabin the grade is steep but hey it’s a mountain cabin! I highly recommend this property and will book again!

Very nice, comfortable cabin in the woods with beautiful view. Owner emailed us with detailed directions to cabin and easy key accessibility upon arrival. Items to note: The road to the cabin and driveway is gravel and uphill, so can be difficult for smaller cars to navigate. Also, there was no ironing board/iron, so plan accordingly if you will need one during your visit. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the hot tub during the cool autumn nights.

10th Wedding Anniversary

Probably was just as described. Extremely cozy and a delightful stay. Close to Helen Georgia and other small towns. Has all the amenities you need just bring food. We loved watching the deer. Can't wait to come back!

Great Experience!

My husband and I had a free week at the last minute and decided to book a cabin in North Georgia. I had a few stipulations- it had to be secluded, it had to have a tub and it had to have a porch or balcony - the Bear Cub cabin checked all the boxes! The cabin was clean and had all the amenities. We had a wonderful, relaxing week visiting all the waterfalls and the National and State Parks nearby. We would love to go back!.

Great for short stay

Cabin is just what we needed. As my granddaughter would say “it’s stinkin cute”. We used the hot tub and played pool. Very quiet area. Nice view from the back porch. The one thing I would suggest is that the bed could use a better mattress. We woke up every morning with back aches. Other than that I would stay here again.

Such a cute secluded cabin !

My husband, our 4 month old and I decided to book this cabin last minute for a quick visit with a friend while we were in the general area. Although our stay was short I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy it! The cabin was very clean, We saw deer both mornings, enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the quiet, and the king size bed was a plus ! We didn’t even get to utilize it but the pool table downstairs is a nice touch ! Would definitely recommend this cabin for a couples getaway or for a family of 3. We received check in info as soon as the booking was accepted which was perfect. It was the perfect last minute end to our vacation!
