Located in the scenic foothills of North Georgia’s mountains, this property provides easy access to Dahlonega’s rich gold rush history, vibrant craft breweries, and numerous outdoor activities. Guests can explore nearby hiking trails, local wineries, and charming downtown shops, all within a peaceful mountain setting that combines natural beauty with cultural charm.

NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

OCCUPANCY
You must be at least 28 years of age to book this Wander.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 10 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

POOL
The pool at this home is not heated.

Bathroom Door Notice
Please note that two bathroom doors in the home are currently damaged and pending repair. In the meantime, curtains have been installed to provide privacy. We appreciate your understanding as we work toward a permanent fix.

For security, there are cameras in the home's exterior covering areas such as the driveway, garage, doorbell, and side. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
