"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room/shower room and bed linen were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet, no sounds of banging doors. Very large TV screen with dozens of channels. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Some signs of wear & tear in the shower room, but not enough to detract from the overall experience. The evening meal was excellent. Generous portions and good vegan options. The dessert was sublime! I would definitely stay here again if the need arose."

"The room was spacious, and so is the bathroom. The toiletries were good quality. The breakfast is very good, and there is a good selection of breakfast items. The porridge is exceptional good. The staff are hospitable. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed just 1 night and made use of the Pool, Steam and Sauna. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel. The hotel was clean and check in was very efficient. Ample parking and after check out at 11:00 you could keep using the car park until 14:00, so the 5 minute walk to the shops at Resort World from the hotel was a bonus. Pool was small but very well looked after, at 15:00 on a Saturday the steam rom and suna were not busy. I didnt use the gym but it looked well equiped and again well laid out and very clean. A constantly screaming baby broke the very relaxing atmosphere pool side that went on for over 20 minutes and the mother who seemed oblivious to the disturbance that she was causing. As a society we can only hope that she doesnt have a second child! Great hotel and I would recommend. "
