"Tired resort with no beach access"

"No issues with the room more so the staff and parking they towed my car three days after me being there even though my car make and model was taken at check in and the tow guy specifically told me he had to get approval from them to tow it and asked them to check to make sure we weren’t guest and staff refused to do so but another car that has been sitting there for four days they told him not to take and verified they were guest when I went back and told staff about this within a hour they had the tow guy towing everyone because they know they were wrong. I had to pay almost $300 because they refused to verify if I was a guest on top of that manager was called and was very rude screaming over the phone was very unprofessional her name was Mary. According to other staff Anna and Sumira were staff and manager on staff who refused to verify me as a resident but did others. Room was fine but thumbs down to all the rude unprofessional staff"

"Ok, I was extremely happy with my stay. I normally stay at 4 or 5 star hotels, but I had my 8 year old grandson with me and had already made him stay with me at another 5 star resort. He finds them to be a bit too formal so I wanted to give him a break. This place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a prime location with a cool mini golf and gelato and more just across the street, and oh my - a beautiful beach. Parking was super easy. The room was really spacious and clean. The breakfast (included!) was unbeatable! The pool was convenient, with food and bar service, and in the background we had live music by excellent talent all day long. The staff were the cherry on top! So nice, funny and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Only complaint would be that there are not enough lounge chairs and the pool water was a bit cloudy"

"Resort is beautiful. Staff is friendly. The biggest gripe we had was with eating on site. It took us over an hour regardless of whether it was at a restaurant or in the bar to get food. Other than that, 5 stars. "

"Overall the hotel was fine but we had one major complaint. It’s supposed to be 100% smoking free everywhere on the premises. There was someone smoking all the time in the room below us and our balcony smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked the person manning the front desk if they could tell that person that there’s no smoking and he said that they tell everyone that they can smoke on their balconies. Also, the next morning there were people smoking around the pool. I think the hotel shouldn’t say that they are 100% smoke free if they aren’t willing to enforce that and then actively tell people they can smoke. Otherwise, great location and the pool was nice. "

"Didn’t have a kitchen. Make sure you get a room on beachside. Some rooms are on backside of building which we had. Nothing fancy . Ok to lay your head down to sleep. Great location "
