"I received a call while in the car on the way to the hotel from the airport saying they did not have my room I paid for available with 2 queen beds, Jordan said he upgraded me to a king suit by the pool, while I said that's nice Jordan it's not an upgrade, because I paid for 2 beds and needed the 2 beds, because I was traveling with my 2 teenage sons. He apologized and said they did not have any other rooms available that night but would provide a rollaway bed and make it right the next day. The...

"Our experience at the Wyndham was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our trip immensely. The people that work there, cleaning staff, reception, security, pool attendants and valet staff were very friendly and always provided excellent service. The room was clean and well equipped and the view of the beach was excellent. We enjoyed the pool, the spa, the pina coladas by the pool, food, etc. And the walk and swim at the beach was fantastic. Highly recommend this property. Location was amazing. "
