"The reason I choose this stay was the farm animals. Sadly, the animals looked neglected as well as the property. I hope they get more ranch hands to help maintain the animals such as grooming. The many many flies were all over the animals. The poor alpacas kept kicking to shake them off. The best part was the brand new jacuzzi. "

"The room was totally neglected with dirty sheets on the bed from a former occupant. Long hair between the sheets set the tone, shower curtain liner was gross, sink disposal drain had horrible odor. We were devastated! "

"I am floored at these reviews, which is what i based my selection off of. The host was quick to respond and accommodated an early arrival, which didn’t happen and a later checkout so i could see my kids and grandkids a little longer. Upon arrival, the neighbor had a pitbull not on a leash in the front yard while they went back inside. Once inside cracks in the walls, ceiling, floor uneven and coming up, BULLET HOLES in the front window (they claim a bb gun from 25 years ago, so they knew it had holes but def bullet, see pics) this is the room with 2 full beds for the kids. Pool table is useless because the floor is so uneven, half the window ia duct taped in the pool room which is musty. I asked the owner why in the world they wouldnt tell me about bullet holes, they said thanks for letting us know. They already knew hence the bb gun comment which was not true. currently ignoring VRBO to resolve it, which is what i was trying to do before i left this review but they clearly don't care"

"The house was very nice and in a good neighborhood, although tight with driving through to get to the house. Not the owners fault, just an observation. The house was clean and we loved the little Christmas tree. I have two "areas of improvement" because the house wasn't negative. The beds weren't overly comfortable and were loud because of the crinkly mattress protectors. Totally understand the need for them and love that they had them, heat would be better with some non-crinkly ones. The other thing was there were no pot holders anywhere in the kitchen. I had put something in the oven to warm and had to improvise with a towel to get it out. Otherwise it was a lovely home and easy access to things. "
