Clean stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood

Cute apartment with Van Gogh theme. Place was clean, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close enough to University Blvd to get anywhere you needed to go, but far enough away to relax. The space is small, I traveled alone so it was ok for just me. Bed was comfy, bathroom is small so if you need extra room to accomodate that might be a bit of a challenge. Overall I would recommend

Shower wasn't great.

The size and location worked out great for us. I can't give 5 stars, because we couldn't manage to shower without soaking the bathroom floor. The shower head was too large for the tiny shower. It seems as we weren't the only ones with this problem. The bottom of the door frame was showing signs of rot. It would have also been nice to have had a stand to put our suitcase on. Other than that, we had everything we needed.

Nice but i caught a cold

I liked the place but either the very cold a.c or the vents being dusty caused me to catch s cold. I couldn't really turn off the main, but i did turn off the white unit on the side. Also is recommend you lower the tv, it's close to the roof. And please add microwave. Judy my experience. Oh and thank you for letting me check in early.

The room was totally neglected with dirty sheets on the bed from a former occupant. Long hair between the sheets set the tone, shower curtain liner was gross, sink disposal drain had horrible odor. We were devastated!

The house was perfect for our short trip in Denton. Close to Denton Square, which we loved. A lot of convenient places to eat. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and cute as all heck. We will definitely come back!

The place was cozy and lovely and so “Van Gogh.” The fascinating book about Van Gogh on the coffee table was a great touch ! I am handicapped and it was so usable for me . Next time I go to Denton I know where I’ll be staying !

We really enjoyed our time in Denton at this location. The apartment space was very nicely decorated in a quiet neighborhood. The drive downtown was super easy. Hosts were responsive and the check out process was super easy. We definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown Denton and very convenient to NTU stadium. Everything was as described. The only thing that we weren’t aware of was the train that goes by at night. Other than that it was perfect.
