"There was garbage left, the couch is different from the pictures, the coffee maker is different from the pictures. There were hairs on the bed frame. The walls and ceiling were dirty. The shower leaks, we never used it but the faucet kept leaking the whole time."

"The pictures look lovely but when you get in, you see that all the furniture is the cheapest possible option. The bed was terrible - the mattress was like sleeping on a box spring. The "couch" is a futon with another terrible mattress. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting and hasn't been cleaned. The countertops are covered in plastic - I've never seen this before. There were no dishcloths, only 1 towel per guest, no hand towels, no facecloths. the fan in the bathroom wouldn't shut off so there was constant noise.As well, I had a change of plans within 24 hours of booking and had asked to amend my booking to accommodate this change. They said they wouldn't and wouldn't give a refund. I can see why they have that policy. After staying one night, if I would have been able to get a refund and stay somewhere else, I would have.Overall - uncomfortable and cheap."
