"The host was extremely efficient and responded to me very quick. I told him my family wanted to bbq and he went out and bought a brand new grill. The electricity in the area had unfortunately went out for few hours and I expressed my concern and he reached out to management to find out what was going on and how long it would be and relayed the info to me. "Excellent stay - clean, quiet, and convenient! We stayed at the Hampton Inn Altoona from October 9–12, 2025 (room with 2 queen beds) and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It’s in a great location, close to shopping and with two restaurants right next door. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Altoona."
