The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and plenty of space. It’s clean, safe with plenty of parking. Many things to do and see in the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. This location is the only place I’ll stay while visiting the area. While here definitely get dinner at Off the Rak.

Good stay but it was a let down Room was nice grounds was pet friendly 30 dollar fee very reasonable breakfast was great the woman who took care of the food area was very nice and kept everything clean stocked and organized….. But I’m very let down over the hot tub being out of order and that making the pool too cold to swim indoors I understand things happen but I called ahead to make sure the pool was open my niece has autism and picked this hotel just for this reason she loves to swim and made my time there difficult

The staff was the most friendliest i’ve ever encountered. Your people do wonderful work. The room was just a tiny bit meh. there was hair in our bed and hair in the pool and hot tub. kind of gross, but i didn’t let it ruin my night. just needs better upkeep. everyone is doing. a fantastic job
