It was my family’s first time staying in a tiny home and we had a blast. The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Quiet gated neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay there again.
We absolutely loved the tiny home. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We loved the convenience of the full kitchen, laundry, and full bathroom. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
This tiny house property was a great option for renting near Lake Seed. It was as pictured, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood of tiny homes was cute and well kept. We would definitely stay again.
Enjoyed our stay in yhis tiny house that is charming and cozy! Very peaceful and welcoming community. Easy check in and out and the property was very clean and beautifully furnished. Recommend!
Absolutely loved the place. We was looking for a place to relax for the weekend and this was totally it!!! Loved it will definitely recommend to anyone. ❤️
This tiny home was amazing! The house was perfect for our family. It came with everything we needed. The neighbors in the community were very friendly. We will definitely be planning another trip back.
I was staying for a weekend conference in the area. Being a single woman, I wanted something I would feel safe in. The neighborhood was so cute and quiet. It’s a gated community so I felt very safe staying there. The house was so cute and cozy. It was perfect.
A nice property located close to the lake and good dining options not too far. Secluded, quiet is what we wanted for a getaway weekend far from the City life but not too far to drive there(1.5hrs). Wife fell in love with the Tiny house. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Doesn't get much better than this.
Loved the property and location! Quiet neighborhood near Lake Burton. Our only concerns are there was a only a small "closet" for clothes, but there were no hangers. In addition, it was used for storage, so clothes would barely fit, anyway. There was also no hairdryer; I am glad I took mine.
The propane had run out so we had no hot water. I was able to communicate with the owner and the property manager and they fixed the problem. Good response time from both parties. Nice quiet property. Centrally located to Helen, Clarksville and several parks and trails. Right across from lake Burton. I hope to come back and stay again.
The property was as pictured, very clean, and all needed amenities were provided. Although, you can't control another person's property the neighbor across the street with the Political party representation he supported flag flying made us feel a little uncomfortable hoping we weren't being judged on our race. However, (he) being the neighbor across the street, nor a lady passing by walking her dog who looked at us, lol… neither didn't speak and we didn't bother to speak either way- we continued to mind our business and had a good stay. We will consider staying again.
