"Perfect Stay for Our Mount Katahdin Adventure! We came to hike Mount Katahdin, and Elizabeth’s place was absolutely perfect for us! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. We loved being able to cook our hiking meals in the well-equipped kitchen before heading out—just a quick 25-minute drive to Baxter State Park. You really can’t beat this location if you’re visiting the park. Thank you, Elizabeth, for providing such a wonderful and comfortable space. We made memories here that will last a lifetime!"

"This house was a cozy and comfortable stay near Baxter State Park. We stayed for two nights and were charmed by the high ceilings and the large dining area. It was clean, quiet and safe. So greatful to have laundry available after a long day in the park. Thank you for hosting us! "

"Loved the house and location but you really NEED to put a notification in the listing that the water from the faucet is not drinkable! It is pumped in from the lake. The only place that I found that told this, was in the booklet about the rules of the house. You did however supply a gallon of water in the frig. Thanks for that! I would have been prepared for no drinkable water if I had known in advance by bringing more water or my backpacking filter! There NEEDS to be a sign by the faucets saying nonpotable water! The house was fantastic, clean, well stocked and with awesome sunsets!! I hope to return again!"
