Welcome to your cozy retreat in new downtown Bowmanville! Our charming 3-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy smart TVs in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and living room. Relax on the rooftop deck, master bedroom deck, and the kitchen walk-out deck. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this home is walking distance from restaurants, groceries, and shopping amenities, with easy access to Highway 401. Book the entire home for yourself (excluding the basement).
The space
New modern house with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath. Clean, bright, modern open concept space and fully furnished.
- Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Queen beds in each room.
- Cozy Corner with books and desk space for computers to allow you to work during stay.
- Each bedroom features a smart TV and full size body mirrors.
- Living room with smart TV that allow access to Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and much more
- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, pots, and utensils.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, walk in closet, and balcony with 2 lounge chairs. The bedroom also features a wall mounted Smart TV and 2 nightstands.
Both other bedrooms are also equipped with queen size beds. They have wall mounted Smart Tv's and a full bathroom directly next to them. The bedrooms also feature reasonable spaced closets, with mounted body sized mirrors.
Laundry Room is located on the main floor.

- Please NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house.
there are tons of walking paths if this is required.
- The neighborhood is fairly quiet, please enjoy yourselves but try to keep the noise to a reasonable volume.

Good location close to many amenities. Was not aware at time of booking that there is another lower unit with Tennants. Although we never saw or heard them, they had rights to the driveway so we were had to find street or visitor parking which wasn’t ideal for unloading or packing up. Place was pretty clean and spacious but lots of stairs. Upper rooftop patio wasn’t as nice as we had hoped but the other deck was nice to sit on.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host was arrogant, and was not eager to help us in any way. I asked him about the cancelling policy 4 days in advance, it took him 2 days to reply, probably to make sure that I was really too late to make any changes to my reservation. Further, I kindly asked for a early checkin at 2pm instead of 4 pm. He refused. We were in front of the door, nobody was inside and still refused to let us in. He finally waited til 4:01 to send the property access info. Very arrogant.
