"Great for my needs. Well looked after 3 star hotel with really helpful staff who were multi lingual including English which was helpful for me. Good location, near restaurants and the beach. Very easy to take the bus to Montpellier or Aigues- Mortes. €12 buffet breakfast not included in room price but would still recommend as is good value compared to what’s on offer from the restaurants from a breakfast standpoint. May time not quite warm enough to use the pool. "

" A beautiful hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The smaller but well maintained pool area was a perfect afternoon siesta location and the beach is meters away! The beach bar was closed do to extremely high winds understandably. Our room was exceptional and had the perfect view of the Mediterranean while we sipped local wine and enjoyed our anniversary. 10/10 would recommend and stay again! "

"Beautiful spa hotel. The pool area is stunning. Small and friendly. Lovely breakfast area. Rooms are cozy but lovely. Only issue was that our suitcase was damaged by whoever took it to the room. It wasn’t new so we didn’t mention it but it would have been nice for someone to tell us given it was pretty obvious it had fallen down stairs or something similar given it’s state by the time it arrived in our room. "

"This hotel is in an industrial zone with no charm; but that is not the problem. The clientele is trashy--purple hair, tattoos, etc.--and the halls smell. The staff is indifferent. In short, this is a hotel for lower middle class and below. The saving grace is that the room was quite clean."

"Its location was ok for me--18 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the arena, with Carrefour stores nearby. The included breakfast was good. The room was very quiet except for other guests in the corridor or closing their room doors. The bed was comfy.Some attention was needed when using the shower, as it can flood a little if you're careless."

"The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. just a short ride to both Nimes and Arles. On Monday evening be sure to attend the 'family style' dinner put on by the hotel as nothing is really open in the area until at least 7:00 pm."

"The Mercure Hotel has a great location and is a nice and quiet hotel. It is dated but still fairly acceptable. We really enjoy their people and the restaurant is very good. "Right in the middle of everything in Nimes. So many excellent choices were within a 5 to 10 min walk. No elevator but the staff took our luggage up and down for us. Did not have breakfast (which looked great) because we went to a different cafe every day to take in the world. I would stay here again."
