"The best characteristic is it's location, which is superb. The underground carpark can be very full at times,and no reservations are accepted, which means you may not have a carpark which can be a major issue."

"A full breakfast was delivered to our room which had plenty to share between my wife and I. Excellent in every way. Two restaurants, both were also excellent. The char grilled steak was to die for. Room was immaculate with a magnificent view of snow capped Mt Wellington from the 5th floor. "
