"I was anticipating a rustic experience. This was way more than I anticipated. The room itself was not well kept. The sheets, though I do think they were washed, were stained. The toilet handle was broken. It would only work if you put your hand in the tank to manually flush it. The hot water in the stall shower would go back and forth from scalding to cold while you shower. And no staff are available after 8 pm to get help. I needed the freezer but couldn’t use it because it was totally frosted...

"Very basic room. The shower did not drain so the desk person had to come drop draino in the drain. The shower head was very weak, and as someone with very long thick hair it took forever to wash and condition my hair. This truly is the only reason for the Star ranking. The rooms and things need some updating for sure."
"This is a very nice location on a beautiful beach within (or adjacent to) Olympic National Park. There are several options for rooms. I rented a small cabin with a bath and a queen bed and a sleeping loft for extra bed space. I did not realize at the time, but the cabin had a HALF BATH (sink and toilet) and NO HOT WATER. So read the room description carefully. I don't know if it was correctly described on the Expedia website.
