The hotel itself was very good. Perfectly situated in Cala n Bosch for the harbour restaurants and beach. We liked the beach at Son Xoriguer better than the local beach which is only a 10 min walk. The food at the hotel was fantastic and all the staff in the restaurant, bar, also cleaners etc work incredibly hard and are very friendly and helpful. Pools are great. Usual selfish reserving of sunbeds though from early hours even though it says towels will be removed before 10am. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed although for a 4* hotel it was a bit old fashioned. There was also a smell in the bathroom sometimes from the drains/sewage system. I think this hotel suits families with younger children especially during the school holidays. The evening entertainment we found disappointing, compared to other places we have been. The kids club was still going in the bar area until gone 9pm which is fine if you have small kids but it was very loud and there is nowhere else to go to escape it. The adult evening entertainment which started at 9.30pm was in my opinion a bit naff and again on an all inclusive where we wanted to sit and have a few drinks, there was nowhere else to go to avoid it other than your room. The evening I would class as more of a 2-3* hotel unfortunately.

Amazing hotel with the best staff. Food is really good and the animation team is top class. Fantastic pools & very clean..short walk to the beach. Didn’t want to come home! Would def recommend 100%.

We found the hotel to be very kid friendly with daily activities and a nightly mini disco. The entertainment staff were so good with the children. There are four pools to choose from, two with mini slides for the younger ones and activities centred around the other two deeper pools. Securing sun loungers around the bigger pools was not always easy as people reserve them with towels despite signs saying not to, although this is not exclusive to this hotel - it happens everywhere . The food choices were very good. Sometimes all inclusive can get a bit “samey “ but that doesn’t here. All the staff from cleaners to bar and restaurant staff to reception are all very friendly despite working long hours.
