"Really enjoyed my weekend at this peaceful, semi-rural (but within 20 minutes walk of El Escorial train station and 40 minutes uphill to magnificent San Lorenzo de El Escorial) B&B. As in a typical B&B the rooms are simple but very well maintained and the grounds very relaxing, especially round the swimming pool area. "Location, location, location. This Hostal is centrally located with a magnificent position. Walkable distance to restaurants and bars, shopping and much more. The cathedral is only 70m away. I do have to mentioned that the is it not quiet place since the restaurant is opened till late and it does gets quite loud. "

"The overall impression was 9 out of 10. The reason is that breakfast starts at 08.00 but they offer to give you a "pick nick " basket" in case you need to leave the hotel before 08.00. The swimming poll also is small. Other than that, thrcroom was very spacious and very clean and the hotel staff was always very friedly and helpful a lot."
