Paid to upgrade for a room which overlooked the cathedral square. Very nice room. The communal areas were atmospheric. The reception staff were very helpful. One of the waitresses needs extra customer care training.

El desayuno bufet bien, la atención del personal aceptable pero la limpieza de las habitaciones dejaron mucho que desear, en menos de 5 minutos limpiaban, el cesto de basura un día no lo vaciaron, y las alfombras de la habitación realmente sucias y manchadas. Muy mal la limpieza!!!!! No volvería a ir!!!

O hotel tem um pátio bonito, boa localização. O quarto é simples porém espaçoso. O café da manhã é bom. Não havia vagas no estacionamento tivemos que procurar um estacionamento na cidade. Hotel caro pelo que oferece.

Adoramos a nossa estadia! O pessoal é muito atencioso. O café da manhã é ótimo! A localização é excelente! Só a garagem é pequena. Tivemos que colocar nosso carro num estacionamento próximo.
