"Literally the only thing going for this place is the location. Its basically a building site for over a year yet the rooms are DATED heavilly. Old yellowed tub with a dodgey shower head over it with varying water temp. Rooms dont have air con and are not well ventilated so felt like a sweat box (in april so id avoid in summer at all costs). Sand papery bedding and the thinnest pillows known to man. Ive no idea what theyre doing this last year...but the whole place needs torn out and redone."

"The breakfast while there was a lovely selection the staff were very slow to replenish items that had run out , but helpfull wen pointed out , we were room 254 which was a corner room and quite cramped other wise everything was grand Christine at reception is a valuable asset to the hotel and companion I wud stay again only not in this room , the plus side was we were able to get into the room earlier thank you x"

"Since we stayed last year there has been a renovation of the reception areas. The carpet, furniture and atmosphere is very much improved. The pool areas could do with a revamp. There is a lot of black mould around the walls and it would be nice for the jacuzzi areas to be useable to residents within the stay. The family rooms are well equipped with a fantastic feel to the decor. The showers are brilliant power showers and the cleaning staff are just amazing! Overall, a lovely stay - a nice change to the breakfast being serviced to order. A very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again very soon. "
