"Hairs in bathtub, no hand soap, crumpled up washcloth (used) in a drawer. Cleaning crew wasn't coming until next day. We did not stay the night and did not return. No refund received except vrbo fee"

"The carpets in the room and hallways were very much needed of a cleaning. I had to play around with the shower to get a full stream of water to bathe. My tv in the room wasn't operational, think thats something they would have known when the last person checked out. Smell of weed and something else in the hallway. I didnt see any bugs of any kind tho and thats great. And to give you the option of a late check out for an extra fee, but then your key doesn't work when you come back to the hotel so you have to go all the way back to the front desk to have it reactivated was interesting. Staff was nice and pleasant. "

"The house was beautiful but it just wasn’t clean the sheets were dirty and glass tables had smudge and the carpet had stains. It was worth the price I paid though and the host was attentive Overall good experience "
