Fantastic spacious lodge

The family and I loved our stay in this lodge. It is a lovely setting on the lake and had everything we needed for a relaxed holiday. It was very spacious with room for all. Phillipa and her team were on hand to help should we need it. In all a lovely successful family holiday we would love to repeat.

Cotswolds Water Park

Just back from a very relaxing stay at 14 Landings. It was wonderful to look out onto the lake and we went kayaking and paddle boarding every day. Philippa was great, always responsive and very helpful. A lovely stay. Kids had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

Lovely clean spacious property with wonderful view over the lake. Great for fishing walking cycling water sports. Close to restaurants shops and local amenities. Well supplied inside and even a couple of tennis rackets for a game on the private courts ( just for the road the house is on). Felt like we were staying in an exclusive top end residence and the staff at watermarks holidays were very helpful and available. Will definitely be returning .
