"The swimming pool was dirty, and the elevators took too long. My wife was not happy about the swimming pool being dirty because she wanted to swim. My wife and me we observed that some of the carpet in the hallways was ripped. The ice machine on the 5th floor was not working."

"The location is not great if you’re going downtown or farther away; if you’re going to an event to Arena Monterrey it’s a walking distance nonetheless locals recommended not to walk the area, most of the uber services or similar have a hard time finding it. The shower had some hair residues from previous guests. There is no elevator from the main entrance to the front desk only a small set of stairs and no bell boy, thus, you need to pick up your bags and bring them up the stairs to check in The staff is somewhat friendly but not as helpful as one would hope for the price being paid with the exception of the kitchen staff who even prepared a protein shake using my protein from home and some off the menu items. Room is comfortable, food is great!"

"Excelente hotel en excelente ubicación. El personal es muy atento y amable. En el bufete sólo varia cada día en que el huevo es preparado de distinta manera al igual que los chilaquiles, es el mismo desayuno diariamente(huevo, chilaquiles, pan, fruta, yogurt y hot cake con jugo. Tienen café y té de refil 24/7. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire ya que hacía un ruido extraño al entrar el compresor que lastimaba los oídos. Algunos juegos disponibles en el lobi estaban dañados. No hay queja, solo observaciones porque disfrutamos mucho del hotel. Muy cómodo y tranquilo. Recomendado!"

"El hotel esta bien, no de maravilla. Esta limpio. Pero el personal son muy buenos para cobrarte lo necesario pero a la hora de un reembolso t lo hacen demasiado dificil. No son de mas amable. El restaurante tampoco es de lo mas agradable. Los meseros podrian ser un poco mas amables. Tienen un menu pero no todo lo que esta ahi, lo tienen disponible."
