"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. "Fulvio was the kindest person and best host anyone could ask for!! The second day of our stay there, I had a minor injury (which was my own fault), it wasn’t serious but I thought it still would be safer to go to the hospital since I will be traveling for a while. We were originally planning on going to the clinic ourselves, but Fulvio said he will take us to the hospital because how the public hospital system was set up, we could be waiting there for the whole day without been seen by a doctor...

"From the very beginning, communication with Rosalia was fantastic. On our arrival, we were met with friendly hosts and a tour of Balestrate followed - which is a short walk from the property with an array of lovely eateries and watering holes. The inside of the property was clean and well equipped and the outside was really luxurious, especially the lovely natural shaped pool which was a pleasure to swim and relax in. "Loved the hotel and staff....was kind of in a rough area untill we walked up a couple blicks and then was awesome in tje midst of everywhere youd want to be....the hotel from the outside was completely deceiving as when u opened tje doors its like stepping into some kinda palace! The room was clean and great and comfy bed and staff was amazing and the free breakfast was really good!"
