"The weight equipment in the gym hasn’t worked in two years. The treadmill works and some free weights. Bathroom was very dirty. I made them switch me out of my first room, as it had horrible odor. Second room dirty bathroom, toilet barely flushed and run down. Definitely needs some love and care. Really nice staff."

"I was just here for a single night with my dog. It happened to be the same weekend an Antique sale was happening so the lobby was busy which was fine except my dog is very shy so she wasn't thrilled about all the people around. It did seem like a great place to hold though, so she was the only one that minded. The elevator was slow, and the staff forgot to mention you needed to use the key card to access it on the ground floor but I did eventually figure it out. The room itself was fine. The carpet was a little faded and you could see a couple of patches on the wall they repaired and painted over with what might have been a slightly different paint colour. I slept fine in the bed, and didn't hear any noises from outside. I personally would prefer something other than lemongrass scented lotion but that's me. Overall, I would stay here again"

"The property is run down. The cleaning is to occur every three days. There was no exchange of towels and certainly no vacuuming. There was a wad of crusty tissue in the bed side table drawer. The two gentlemen at the front desk the next morning could not be bothered to deal with the issue and told me to come back when the manager was in. The afternoon lady on the front desk offered a new room, I declined and she said a deep clean would be done the next day. The gym is lacking and half the equipment is out of order. Having stayed many years ago, I recalled a very nice and clean property. It is now showing its age."

"This hotel was amazing for our four day trip to Edmonton. The hotel had everything we needed and the entire staff was beyond friendly! The breakfast was very good considering it is only continental. More than enough choices for us and it exceeded our expectations despite some reviews complaining about it. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Edmonton!"

"A great space for a private stay. Arman was great with communication. I made a change to the booking before I arrived, and he made the process efficient and accommodating. I also added a night after what I had booked for, and he was very quick to work everything out so I could adjust. The neighbourhood felt very safe, the place was spotless and well equipped. The stairs into the unit could be a bit trickier for someone with mobility issues to navigate, as there is no landing at the top of the stairs. Once you're in, it was a lovely, cozy, private suite. We would definitely book again."

"My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old for a month and a half due to our house flooding. There are a few pros and cons.The pros: The basement suite is modern and nice, the 2 bedrooms are large and there is plenty of closet space which was great. The bathroom has lots of counter space and room. If your staying here for a few nights with a couple people its fine. The host was great and always got back to us right away. The cons: the biggest con is how loud the people upstairs are at all hours of the day and night. They are up banging around until midnight and At 3 or 4 in the morning on a consistent basis it sounds like they are moving all their furniture around in their house. We are not the first people to complain about this in the reviews. They play loud music and it sounds like they have at least 4 kids running around screaming all the time. It doesn't seem like they care at all about disturbing anyone staying here. We had to ask more than once for them to move their vehicle off our side of the driveway for parking. Another con is that you have to constantly adjust the heat thermometer. It goes into "eco mode" every couple hours and defaults the temperature to 20. We stayed in the winter so we were constantly having to turn up the heat. The main kitchen garbage can is small, one you would find in a bathroom. The walls were dirty in some places and some of the cupboards were dirty on the inside as well. "
