"The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were unreasonably lumpy and hard. Time to spring for some new ones. The room was spotless, but smelled a bit like cat litter and room freshener. The stay was fine, we were disappointed to miss the free breakfast - but that was our own fault with timing ..."
