"Appreciated the indoor spa and pool. Location was convenient for side trips into both Boulder City and Las Vegas. Friendly staff and felt safe in the location. The morning coffee wasn't the finest ever but not a deal-killer on that point. We'll be back."

"Great property to stay at for a relaxing trip off the strip. Clean, well stocked, good amenities- pool, spa, pool table, washer and dryer, coffee machine and keurig, etc. A few areas could use some touch up paint and the pool deck has a spot that needs to be repaired but do not affect the use of either. You’ll need a rental vehicle to get around as it’s a little off the beaten path. Hosts were excellent to deal with, promptly responsive and we would stay again! "

"This property was perfect for our stay. Centrally located between Las Vegas and Boulder City. It had four queen beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. Spa was a nice bonus. "

"Great midpoint between Vegas and Boulder City. Easy access to major roadways, grocers and eating/drinking establishments within 5 minutes drive. Older, quiet neighborhood. House was great for our 1 week stay with our medium dog. Back yard fenced and was good for some playtime and there are several good dog parks with shade in the area as well. Indoor and outdoor shaded eating/seating.House was secure and had essentials with large fridge if you plan on cooking. Easily accommodates 4 adults comfortably, 6 would feel a bit crowded in common area I think, unless other two are children. Bedrooms are roomy. All beds are spring mattresses, none were firm. So if you need firm, I'd check with host on options. Great water pressure. Toilets were ADA height in bedroom en suite and main seemed to be a comfort height, which is 1" taller than a standard height. This may be challenging for smaller children.Overall we enjoyed our time here, host communicated well. We would stay here again. "
