"Front desk was extremely nice and accommodated my request. The room as always was very clean, has a pleasant, updated appearance. For the price, it’s a solid place to stay and save money for shopping downtown or enjoying Biltmore house which is just down the street. "

"Location of the elevator is inconvenient. You have to walk all the way to one end to use it and then walk all the way back to the other end where the room was. Hotel was pretty good otherwise. Area around the hotel is a bit run down"

"My wife and I had a lovely time staying in the Rose Room while visiting Asheville for our anniversary. The room is beautifully decorated and, while small, holds all the amenities a couple would need who spends most of their day exploring the city. It’s a nice 15-20 minute drive to most of downtown Asheville, meaning you can escape the city life when you come home in the evenings. My only notes are that the walls are a little thin and noise conductive and that the keypad lock isn’t the most intuitive to lock (you need to push the top button on the keypad, pull the door closed tightly, and then turn the deadbolt). But these are very minor nitpicks of an overall wonderful stay. I’d absolutely recommend this property to other couples looking for a romantic getaway."
