Room smelled like body odor, asked front desk to spray freshener but it still smelled. Ended up buying Lysol to get rid of the smell. Breakfast NOT included $12 per person.

I want a refund from this hotel. There was no power. They wanted to have us and our dog on the 4th or 5th floor. They had no keys available. I got a room at the Hit Lyon Garden Inn in Bristol, VA instead. I want a refund.
