There’s a very nice patio with many areas of patio furniture and covered areas to enjoy. The coffee is great, and everyone working was smiling and pleasant. Enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay at the Hilton. Friendly and accommodating staff. Had a full service bar and kitchen which was great. Highly recommend. 15 minutes from biltmore house.would definitely say again

The rooms and staff were great. Be sure to ask for a room on the opposite side of the freeway, it can get pretty noisy and the other sides view is better.

This hotel is Wonderful! My room was spacious, clean, and had everything that I needed. The front desk staff members were friendly and wonderful. Vanessa printed out my ticket for me for my visit to the Biltmore Estate which I really appreciated. There is free parking and plenty of parking spaces. I didn't have any meals at the hotel. I enjoyed a delicious meal at Papa's and Beer one night and had Doordash deliver Pizza Napoli the next night. I wish I could have stayed a few more nights. It was a perfect stay. Thank you.

Having a real breakfast with options was wonderful. Much better than a continental breakfast. The staff was helpful with food allergies as well making sure everyone got the things they needed. The entire place even smell delightful. Even the hallways! Would highly recommend and we will return!

The only reason I gave four stars for this property was due to the fact that it was in Ashland, North Carolina. I wasn’t particularly impressed with Ashland, North Carolina, or its barbecue. However, the property itself was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful and it was pretty close to everything we needed.
