"I would give this stay a good not great. The location was convenient, neighborhood felt safe, and the house was stocked with everything you would need— laundry pods, dishwasher pods, pack and play, paper towels, kcups and creamer etc, which was really nice. My one complaint is that when we arrived the master had a very mildewy type of smell. We quickly realized it was coming from the bedding— sheets and comforter. It’s the smell of laundry that sat in the washer for a couple days before being dried which i assume happened but then instead of rewashing it was just put on the bed smelling like that. We had to strip the bed and wash all the bedding before sleeping in there that night because the odor was really that bad that we couldn’t sleep in the bed. Felt like a very obvious thing to have noticed if someone had walked through before our arrival since we smelled it the second we walked in the room, and was an annoying thing to have to wash sheets at a rental when you arrive. Thankfully after washing everything the smell was gone, so an easy fix but should have never been necessary.We also had a kitchen sink issue where it and the dishwasher were clogged, but thankfully the host sent a handyman over quickly and it was as fixed. So overall was a good experience with plenty of space for a family."

"This property is a beautiful home in a safe and upscale neighborhood, however the hosting and upkeep of the home need some work. The host did not reach out prior to my arrival with entry instructions. I waited till 11pm the day prior to arrival and then I reached out via VRBO. The response was prompt and accurate, but I shouldn't have to chase those answers down. That was the full extent of my interactions with the host.The house's upkeep needs work too. The beds were suffering from some bowing. The dishwasher was broken on my arrival. When I looked under the sink to find supplies to hand wash my family's dishes... there was a strong unpleasant odor under there. I suspect that the smell is somehow related to the dishwasher, but a quick plumber's visit could/should have sorted it all out. Another example, the toilet in the master bath clearly has a leak, because the tank fill turns on every 60 seconds to top off the tank. Annoying but not serious... just a maintenance task that seems to be ignored. There were a few other minor things, but they were enough to remind us that no one was caring for maintaining the home well (missing drawer pulls, hand soap that was clearly an industrial cleaning product, etc)The cleaning was an issue as well. It was okay looking but clear hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. For example, I found cobwebs behind one of the bedroom doors. There was mildew in the jack & jill bathroom.This is a beautiful house but it needs more care "

"We had a wonderful time staying here over the recent Thanksgiving holiday while we were in town visiting family. The perfect amount of space (with some to spare) for our family of three and an awesome location across from many new restaurants and shops. The king bed was also extremely comfortable! While the place could use a little sprucing up/TLC (some wear not represented in the beautiful pictures), it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. Thank you for opening your home to us, Victor!"

"Time to update decor and infrastructure. Minor: Could not figure out how to get local channels on the TV. Had a Xfinity remote, but Xfinity was not found. Major: Furniture, towels and sheets all felt like thrift store buys. Need to replace sofa, and all beds to King or Queen. had to rearrange kids room to see TV. Tall dining table not comfortable for families. Beds were only partially made, had to search for tops sheets and blankets. Towels we in a make-shift closet and seemed very old & mismatched. Suggest you have all-white towel sets hung out in each bath ( White so you can bleach them between guests) Decor felt very divorcée / bachelor-esq. "
