"We stayed here for 5 days while in town doing the Alpine Loop. The owner was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. He even put HEPA filters in the bedrooms for better air quality while the wildfires were going on. Some of the cooking utensils, pots, and pans were a bit aged, but overall the house was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the view! This house is highly recommended if you have a large group, need plenty of parking, and room to spread out comfortably!"

"The rooms here are AMAZING!!! I walked in and was instantly wowed. It's so nice to have a river view right off your balcony. The rooms were very clean with huge beds. Big windows, a fireplace, hot tub on site. Close to all the nearby restaurants. Iconic trails a short distance away. Definetly will be staying here again if I come back to Ouray."
