COMFY 2 bedroom 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen with 70" smart TV & Grill

This Comfy place is in the heart of Montrose,, CO which is an awesome base for the surrounding area. We are so close to the Black Canyon Monument. As well as other popular places like Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride for hotsprings, hiking or skiing.
This home is a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms, one bath the livingroom And kitchen with dishes and pots & pans ALL...
One bed room has a king bed and the other room has a Full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. All beds are memory foam mattresses. (Additional memory foam mattress inside the bean bag ***just unzip it)
I have added a pack-n-play as well as a high chair.
Additionally there is a front patio with seating and a grill for your use. The front lawn is kept up and in the summer you will find vegetables you may take what you will use just be gentle with the plants.

Your group will not be sharing that space with anyone. There is a barn door that separates the two sides as well as a secure wall behind that barn door.

Owners travel a lot but sometimes they live on site and will be available if you need things otherwise the housekeeper will assist you.

Enjoyable stay!

This duplex was set up very nicely and accommodating. It was a perfect landing spot for my family after a day of adventures. It is in a cute neighborhood! And extremely convenient! I mean everything we needed was within 5 to 10 minutes. It is right off a major street artery I felt. The owner was extremely fast to respond and friendly. We would stay there again.

Great, Simple, and Clean

Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.

We loved this property. It's so cute and cozy. It was great for the 4 of us. We stayed warm and comfortable. If we needed anything, we just called or texted and got immediate help. We would stay again.

Great family stay while visiting Black Canyon

Perfect spot to stay the night while visiting the Black Canyon, with our family of 6. We have 4 young kids who made good use of the bunk room and pack n play. Everything about check in and our stay was smooth and easy, and communication was great. Would stay again anytime!

Comfortable montrose house

The property is accommodating and a great location in Montrose. Hosts are responsive and welcoming. We used the house to visit relatives nearby and it worked perfectly. This home would work for a winter ski trip to Crested Butte or telluride. 1 1/2 hours to CB and 1 hour to telluride. Clean and well supplied.

Great stay, comfortable. The house itself make quite a bit of noise, heater maybe, and the temperature fluctuates but you get used to it and didn't bother us after a bit. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Would stay again.

Convenient location

Great location convenient to all that Montrose has to offer. Cat was very quick to respond to my ask to change the air conditioning temperature (controls are locked for guests). Kitchen seemed well stocked with the essentials and bathroom was as well with the exception of toilet paper. We only had one roll for 3 days and it unfortunately ran out as we were packing up to leave with none in the cabinet or linen closet. Always leave a backup roll!! Bed was very comfy and we really appreciated the reclining sofas with a huge tv and lots of streaming channels (not a single delay either so must be great internet). Highly recommend.

Our family, with 2 little boys, stayed at Cat’s place for a long weekend to visit Black Canyon. It was a perfect spot for our needs, very clean and comfy, and only 25 minutes from the park. Cat was super responsive and was overall a great host. Highly recommended.

Phenomenally clean and quiet

Exceptionally clean and pleasant accommodations. We are 60+ and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The bathroom and mini kitchen was very neat and clean. We slept incredibly well during our stay and the bed was very comfortable. As a further enjoyment watch for the deer near the northeast corner of Niagra and 6700. They were in the little patch of trees everyday! Thank you Catherine for the accommodations.
