"The property was very quiet and charming. It was like staying at my grandmothers house when I was a kid. I would definitely stay here again. However, there is no hot tub like advertised. There are also lots of nails around the house from the newly installed roof. A previous review stated the same issue with nails, and they have not been cleaned up. We picked up lots of nails and metal cuttings during our stay to help. Someone needs to go out with a magnet and clean up the mess from the new roof. "

"Our family of six loved the spacious and well-appointed home. The open landscape kitchen and living area overlooking the river made for a fun place to cook, eat at the large farm table, and watch a movie together. The beautiful setting provided a peaceful place to relax and enjoy. "

"The house is so well decorated. Love the little old home renovated design. Bed and bedding was great with one small exception (not enough to change the 5 star rating tough) the pillows were brand new and had the foam strips in them, but they were packed so full that they were like a rock!! The bathrooms and showers were so clean and had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked with dishes. Great Frig as well. We also really enjoyed the hot tub! Just a great, quiet place to stay located halfway between Johnson City and Fredericksburg! "
