Beautiful getaway for us and just the perfect accommodations and such a beautiful place. We highly recommend it. Carl and Rhonda are the perfect hosts. When you just want to relax and recharge, don't give it another thought book this amazing place.

Cute cabin for girls weekend. Had everything we needed to make meals, coffee, etc. Great private location, very quiet and remote with wonderful hosts. Loved it!

Walnut Canyon Cabins were a wonderful stop on our way back home. We so enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the deer, birds, and other wildlife in a tranquil setting. The cabin is cozy and comfortable and stocked with many amenities including fresh eggs, tasty bacon, coffee, and biscuits. WC Cabins really delivered on its promises.

The hospitality and arrival welcome was very pleasing and sincere. Awesome place and close to surrounding events. Loved feeding the local deer, sun rises and sunsets beautiful. The stars at nite are so bright. Great nature trail and viewing of Mexican bats in the seasonal evenings within 10 minutes. We will be back when in the area.

We loved our stay at Walnut Canyon Cabins. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The cabins was cozy and well stocked and the views from our deck were amazing. We will definitely be back. This spot is a hidden gem worthy of many return visits.

Cabin was very clean. Nice views. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because the AC unit was a little louder than expected and not ideal for a good nights sleep. No complaints at all.

Terrific host and property! Tucked away cabins on a private property. Just minutes from town and close to wineries. Carl and Rhonda greeted us with a glass of wine upon arrival, stocked our fridge with fresh farm eggs, biscuits, ham and fresh fruit. We would definitely rent again.

What a wonderful gem tucked away in Hill Country. We were looking for a place that is dog-friendly, comfortable, and quiet. Walnut Canyon Cabins is the perfect choice for all this and more! The owners are so welcoming and knowledgeable. They had treats for our pup and homemade chocolates to help us celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. The cabin was perfect! So clean and accommodating. Farm fresh eggs from their chickens, biscuit dough, fresh ham, and more were all provided. The bed was comfortable and so was the furniture. We were given deer feed and what an amazing experience! We had 6 deer including one baby that came right up and fed. We also were able to see the chickens roam and feed the cows and horse on the property as well. As an avid animal lover, this made my trip! The view from our cabin was absolutely incredible! Do yourself a favor and just stay here. You will not be disappointed. We are already planning our trip back. At the base of the main road is Old Tunnel State Park. The views are breathtaking! It’s just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores as well as shopping and so much beautiful architecture. We visited the National Museum of the Pacific War as well as Stonehenge and so many other beautiful attractions.
