The rooms are old. There is a very high smell of sewer in the room and the washroom. The Ac in our room did not work and we were moved to another room. The same was still not cold.

We stayed at the Junior Suite, very close to the small pool just for the resort's guest. The room was very clean, adequate and the area is vety nice. Many outdoor activities. Make sure you come to the public's pools early in the mornibg, because afternoon is very crowded

The facilities are outdated and are not worth the high price. For instance, the bathroom fixtures were corroded. The AC didn't work well and also leaked. There wasn't any hot water during our second day. I expect a better hotel for the high price. However, the hot pool was pleasant, good wifi, and great service are the things that I liked during my stay.

Great amenities hotel.
Amazing hotel with land area of 43 hectares. There are a lot of activities, example paint ball in Forrest, camping, flying Fox, water park, animals farm, eco tourist, water fall. However, I like the friendly staff and soak inside rejuvenate thermal pools at cool climate of 14° Celsius. 2 nights is too short to explore all amenities of the hotel.

too little time spent in the hotel to enjoy thr facilities. din get the chance to gry their breakfast as it was raining. first time trying their hot spring not bad... wanted to engage the massage for 2hrs but not sure why they only do 1hr... not used to the smoking habit in the cafe end up ordering room service for breakfast... staff understands english in reception, room service and housekeeping... thumbs up for that!

Hotel guests can enjoy free natural hot springs.delicious food under the hotel restaurant.but they only provide limited hair dryers.so we unable to dry our hairs before sleep.

Good hotel
Great hotel for relaxing in the natural hot spring pool.. But the room is not sound proofed, sound from next room and outdoor parking area are heard in the night.. Bad wifi too. They give Free drinks in the refrigerator. Good! It's worth to stay on.

The check in was uncomfortable, because I was specifically stated that I needed extra bed. But the receptionist said that it was unavailable. I think the hotel should inform us in advance if the extra bed unavailable. It was little bit funny because after I did a hard protest, the extra bed become available....

Nice stay
Stay was good. Friendly staff and checkin within few minutes. Free shuttle driver shows all around resort including camping area. All water available is spring water which they say safe for shower. But watch out your eyes as we feel irritation. Hotel gave warning notes everywhere which is helpful. Try to bring more fresh water along with you that will help

Reasonable price.
Room condition was not good, don't expect private or executive relax, it's very crowded. But breakfast and tickets for hot spring pools already included in the room prices, it is reasonable price.

please put good cheese in breakfast Before there is hot water spring in the room and now no ..also please any one stay in the hotel let him go to the hot water like now it is good if you do not lt the gust go to hot water free then will stay on villa

予想以上に広い敷地に、温泉もいくつかあります。 ツインの部屋を２つ希望しましたが、満室で、1部屋のみでした。温泉は一番遠い場所は、貸切並みに人は居なくて良かったです。ただ遠いので、有料の馬車に乗って移動しました。部屋のお風呂のお湯をはるのに、ものすごく時間がかかりますが、温泉に行くなら、このホテルが便利だと思います。

全ての設備が古いですが、３つの温泉プールが楽しめます。夕食（有料）は、非常においしいかったですが、朝食は、あまり満足のいく内容ではありませんでした。また、部屋の温水シャワーが塩水？なので、注意が必要です。

위치는 괜찮은데.
위치는 나쁘지않았는데 와이파이 잘 안터지는것도 이해하는데~ 침대시트도 누렇고 냄새도 심해서 잠 못자고 그냥 왔어요.

فندق يحتاج الى ادارة ناجحة
المنتجع جميل ولكن وجود ازعاج وقت النوم من النزلاء بطريقة غير عادية وكذلك عدم استجابة صيانة الغرف حيث لا يوجد ماء حار خلال اليوم الأخير رغم الاتصال عدة مرات ولكن لا استجابة للأسف وتمت المغادرة بدون استحمام لشدة برودة الماء المتدفق .

어른들이 좋아하는 온천도 있고.. 아이들도 말도 타고편하게 놀 수 있는 곳이라 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 근데 제일 싼 방이라 그런지 침대가 좋지 않았어요. 그렇게 작은 싱글침댜는 처음 봤고요..자면서 내내 허리가 아펐습니다.

استأجرت فيلا مكونة من غرفتين وصالة سعرها غالي جداً الانترنت ضعيف جداً لاتوجد افياش اضافية في الغرفة غير التي مشبوك بها الأبجورة دورات المياة تحتاج اهتمام أكثر من صاحب المنتجع دش الترويش ضعيف والمياة الحارة المستخدمة في الترويش مياة كبريتية تؤثر على الشعر والعيون الإفطار متوسط المنتجع رائع بصفة عامة جلسة البلكونة ممتازة

1. Kamar mandi hotel standard, kurang nyaman 2. Sarapan : jenis dan rasa biasa2 saja cenderung tawar 3. Fasilitas untuk anak2 lumayan : ada playground, kuda tunggang, delman and ATV 4. Sari ater tempat yang menyenangkan untuk menginap karena banyak fasilitas yang bisa dikunjungi dan mereka cenderung tidak rese,kita dapat memanfaaatkan setiap fasilitas bebas tak terbatas. Hanya sayang,beberapa fasilitas kurang mendapat perawatan maintenance yang memadai
