"Cuando llegamos al hotel la fila para poder hacer check-in era muy larga, habia varias señoritas en el front Desk pero no avanzaba la linea. Tambien pedí que me cambiaran las toallas y me sacan la basura y nunca lo hicieron las tuvimos que sacar nosotros. Los barrenders de la piscina nada agradables al menos unos de ellos grosero para atenderte. Volveria a PR si, pero tal vez no volvería a este lugar"

"Parking en la calle. No desayuno ni cafe, tuvimos que salir fuera. Cuando llegamos a la habitacion no era la que habiamos pagado, tuvimos que esperar tiempo para que nos cambiaran la misma, si no llevo evidencia no hubiesen hecho el cambio. el hotel bello pero no tenian nada, ni cafe ni nada, no agua caliente tampoco."

"Todo muy bien y excelente. la habitación siempre impecable limpia todo lo que puedas ver alrededor del hotel está super limpio y el personal muy atento está es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que quiera venir a estar tranquilo y relajarse, porque este lugar es familiar. Nos hospedamos una semana que fue de maravilla.👍"
