Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
8/10 Good
"Cute hotel. Great breakfast. Construction around the hotel made getting there and leaving slightly difficult, but not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is aged, but quaint. Front desk staff were very friendly. Didn’t use the pool, but the pool area is small, and the parking lot is small, but didn’t have a problem finding a parking while we were there. Overall a good little hotel to stay at while visiting Santa Fe."
"There were so many things about this hotel that were kind of annoying. First of all, it’s not a “hotel”, it’s a motel. There was no elevator and we had to lug all of our stuff to the second floor. Then when we were tired from traveling and got to the restaurant 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, we were seated but the waitress rushed so much that she didn’t give us straws or napkins. At our room, the hot water didn’t work. To be fair, maintenance came pretty fast, but that was annoying. There was a pool but it was very small and in the parking lot (so not too enticing). I feel like the advertising was better than the property and would not stay here again."
"I booked there for its "pet-friendly" policy, however at the desk the woman stated that there would be a $40 pet fee for each dog, $80 total extra on top of the price for the room, for a room in a hotel that is shady-looking, run down, and smells bad. Completely outrageous and horrible."
"The water pressure was hit or miss, and the tub drain was slow. Aside from these problems, our stay was nice. The cleaning staff went above and beyond with daily service without even asking for it."
"STAFF NOT TO FRIENDLY BUT NOT BAD. THE ROON WE GOT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR IT WAS A SUITE. FIRST IMPRESSION OF ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. AC WORRKED REALLY GOOD . BEDS ARE VERY HIGH BUT COMFORTABLE.
