Come relax in this Cozy Alaskan location in Chugiak! Enjoy Mountain Views, Quiet location, Northern Lights, Stargazing, and the peaceful feel of being in the Alaskan countryside surrounded by beautiful trees. Kitchen includes a stocked coffee and tea bar. And some snacks and fresh fruits will be available upon check in. Livingroom boasts 3 large windows and bedrooms have blackout curtains to help you sleep on those long summer days. Property has apple trees, raspberries, and cranberries to graze on. Close to Thunderbird Falls, Ptarmigan and Peter's Creek trailheads, and the Loretta French Sports Complex that has baseball fields, playground areas, covered picnic areas, skate park and lots of parking. There is also a paved walking trail that takes you down the Old Glenn Hwy. Location is conveniently located between Anchorage, Palmer and Wasilla, and gives the peace and privacy of the truly Alaskan lifestyle.

Great stay in Chugiak

Suzanne’s place was easy to locate and check into. Very comfortable and plenty of room for a small family. It was the perfect stop for us as we traveled from Anchorage to Fairbanks after a long week. Suzanne was easy to communicate with and extremely sweet. It was a great travel Vrbo experience.

The owner is friendly and accommodating

The first impression was the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. As a family who doesn’t smoke , it was very unattractive first impression. Second impression, the walls are paper thin, and the people living in the down stairs were very loud. The place wasn’t clean as other rentals we had rented. A disposable water bottle was found in my daughters bed, a uncover pecan pie in the freezer, and garbage in the cup holder of the couch. The master bed felt to me like a air Mattress. As it made you roll and sleep very cozy with your spouse. Not to my liking. It is very roomy and comfortable. Just needs some attention to detail.

Quiet and peaceful stay

The owner was pleasant and very helpful. We enjoyed the bunk bed experience for our children. This is a wonderful place to stay.
