"Fabulous one night stay at The Grosvenor Lodge. Staff were fantastic, very friendly, personable and welcoming.
The breakfast (included) was a great continental selection.
We were in the quad room at the very top. It was a very quiet place to stay and our family of four were comfortable enough. The bathroom was small and slightly awkward (being a loft room) and the shower could've been larger / more powerful.
All in all a great stay and will definitely visit again. "

"Loved the rooms. Bright, airy, clean, well equipped and spacious. Could do with a few more USB points.
The area is lovely and has plenty of parking. Unfortunately the ongoing building site (hospital) is a bit unsightly. Not the properties fault.
Staff are fantastic, helpful, empathetic and go the extra mile. Massive thumbs up for staff.
We only had breakfast on this occasion. Only negative to breakfast is that it is not made clear that if you can’t find something, you need only ask staff and they will help.
Overall the hotel is lovely.
Could do with a few water fountains for refilling water bottles."
