"Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time."

Nice room and the hotel is in a great location. Only complaint is that the shower was cold. Talked to reception and they had ran out of gas. They replaced the gas cylinder but it was still cold.

What a wonderful location! Right in the town square! But this town square is mostly pedestrian so lovely and quiet. We arrived on a Sunday in time for the colourful locals market which was very special.
The hotel is sparkling clean, has a great top floor breakfast area (and lovely breakfast) and our bed was comfy with lots of hot water. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff are super professional, friendly and went above and beyond making my stay so smooth sailing. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Absolutely loved my stay

Great hotel in Cusco. The hotel looks brand new, with comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Service was superb. We stayed for two noghts and returned for another night after our Machu Picchu tour. I would highly recommend this hotel. Close enough to walk to the historic centre, and located in a quieter part of the city. That said, there are a few food options around. Would stay there again.

Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. I also just got Uber everyday it’s so cheap

Great location and excellent service. You can actually breathe in the rooms and this helped greatly with the altitude.
Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were huge and super quiet.
Highly recommend to stay here.
Marco at breakfast in the restaurant had impeccable service and Manuel on the door was super helpful and friendly. Your motel is a stand out for service. We also stayed at the Novotel in Cusco, don’t bother. They should send their staff to you to get training. Excellent stay at the...

My sister and I stayed here the first time back in 2014, and when were heading to Cusco again it was a no brainer to stay here. It is well located, only a 15-10minute walk to the Plaza de Armas.
We stayed in two different rooms (either side of our trip to Machu Picchu), both were a good size, and very clean. The room had an in room safe which was great.
They have a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options and it starts nice and early which is very convenient for early morning train...

The best area to stay in Choquepata is near the town centre, particularly around the Plaza de Armas.
This central area is the heart of Choquepata, offering easy access to local amenities and a glimpse into daily life. The Plaza de Armas is a focal point, surrounded by the main church and municipal buildings, and it's where you'll find most of the local eateries and small shops. The streets radiating from the plaza are generally walkable, providing a convenient base for exploring.
For couples seeking a blend of cultural experience and convenience, staying close to the Plaza de Armas is ideal. You'll be within strolling distance of local markets where you can sample regional produce, and several small restaurants offer traditional Peruvian cuisine. It's a great spot for enjoying the local pace and connecting with the community.
Travellers looking for a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the surrounding natural beauty will also appreciate the central location. While it's the most active part of town, Choquepata generally maintains a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, even in its centre.
