Everything was good and the complimentary airport car was more than excellent. Only issue we had was that the hotel was busy over the holiday period and the lifts took a long time - wait time for lifts during peak hours was bad. The hotel has over 32 floors and we could be travelling floor by floor to the lobby!

Spent 4 days here and found everything great. Late arrival 2.00am staff were still waiting and no fuss Breakfast was included and any type of eggs made for you Staff were wonderful helpful and very friendly

I recommend this wonderful hotel to all travellers. Everything was perfect: the staff are fantastic and very helpful. The hotel location is also perfect for a tourist: walking distance to many things and a great vibrant buzz of activity and restaurants and shops and bars. Great fun!
