"We had a great overall stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. While there were a few dusty areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while, all of the high-touch and important areas were spotless, which was appreciated. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The only real disappointment was the pool. Unfortunately, the heater wasn’t working, so the water was too cold for us to spend as much time swimming as we had planned. The pool area could also use a little maintenance, as the paint on the floor was peeling and would stick to our shoes. What really made this stay stand out was the staff. Daniel at the front desk and Trish from housekeeping were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their excellent customer service made a great impression and really enhanced our experience."

"My family of 7 grandsons, ages 8 months, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, and their parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights here. There was something for everyone to enjoy as well as space to be alone if desired. I think the hot tub was the most enjoyed spot but the children's play area was also well used by the little ones. Steve was so gracious and met with me ahead of time so that I could see if I needed to bring anything else. The kitchens were well supplied with all kinds of dishes, cookware and small appliances as well as a few standard grocery items left behind (perhaps?) by other guests like seasonings, oil, etc. We did bring extra beach towels, chairs and toys. We would only suggest adding blackout blinds in the queen bedroom on the second floor as it faces directly east and even on a cloudy day the room began lightening up at 5 AM or so. We realize this has a vaulted window where blinds would be hard to place but it would still be helpful on the lower wall of windows. We did appreciate the wonderful windows throughout the house and those looking out to the ocean. We all thought that this would be an excellent place for a future family reunion."

"The property was spacious with lots of room to both spread out and hang out. We had a great time - though the hill coming back from the beach was killer (we ended up driving our less fit folks to and from). The owner was great with communication and very responsive."
