"We had a wonderful visit to the Oregon Coast, from our base in Lincoln City. This home is well organized for hosting a large family reunion. Each of our kids and their families had a floor to themselves. The two decks were perfect for whale and sunset watching! The game room for the kids was terrific! There is a lovely outdoor area for fire pits and bag toss, etc. The home is walkable to beach, coffee and groceries. End of day hot tubbing was a treat."

"The room was nice and clean in the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator was big and had great coffee selection, full coffee pot perfect for the morning beautiful view of the beach from my room, which is very reasonably priced for tourist time couple drawbacks no air-conditioning but Lincoln city doesn’t really need air-conditioning and also no elevators so you might want to think about that when you book"

"I ended up paying 200 more than the initial listing price which I will say was my fault. I booked with the wrong card, reached out, then we agreed I’ll cancel and rebook. What I didn’t know is there’s a 24 hour waiting period before I can rebook, host was very nice to put it on hold for me so I don’t lose the dates. What happened after is the price went up 200 and between VRBO and the host, neither would issue the difference in refund which sucks. Upon check-in, the cleaner mentioned she had a flat tire so she arrived late and was finishing up. Though she was there for longer than she said she was. I reached out to the host and ask if there’s a partial refund because we had been there for an hour already and couldn’t go downstairs. Also she double parked in our spots, so we had to park in the High Tide’s spot temporarily and looked like jerks because we told them the cleaner says she is leaving soon, so it’s temporary. Cleaner was still parked there until 5:45.Cleaner left a bottle of carpet cleaner on the upstairs carpet with a soaked rag over the carpet stain. There were no paper towels, pans and plates were still dirty. There was a cob web in a corner and the chair had staples coming out of it which isn’t ideal around a children’s play area. Propane ran out early first night so we had to call it a night. They refilled it around 12 the next day. My biggest gripe was with their cleaner. I took pics of said issues but it doesn’t highlight good things for the host."

"This is the best hotel one can experience while vacationing in the northern coastal region of Oregon. It has it all: absolutely astonishing views from each room; a beautiful deck for small gatherings while enjoying sunset or sunrise. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are very spacious. We wish we could stay longer instead of merely 2 nights, so that we can also enjoy the nice Sauna room, the swimming pool, and the fire pit. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fast and neat. A special shout-out to the super helpful check-in lady and Anna, the lady in the kitchen. I'd recommend it to all of my friends without any hesitation."
