"Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid during graduation weekend. The area did not feel safe, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel made us uncomfortable. There appeared to be long-term or low-income housing units in the building, with a lot of people and dogs coming and going, unusual smells throughout, and very limited amenities. Although the parking lot was close to the hotel, there were vehicles that appeared to be occupied overnight, which made us uneasy about leaving our truck there. We ended up leaving early the next morning after being awakened by police and ambulance activity when a truck crashed into the Burger King across the street. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the high cost of the room."

"The room was spacious, air-conditioning worked well bed was old and lumpy but sufficient for 1 night. The technology to check in was not working properly and took us 15 minutes to get our keys as their card reader was not working and the staff said they always have issues with it. Staff also blamed our credit card and wanted us to log into our bank account to " make sure we had suffuciant funds". All for a $50 damage deposite???? Sounded super fushy so we refused. Then their excuse was that since they tried 4 times to charge us and it didn't go through our card was locked which has happened multiple times according to the desk check in person and that I needed to produce a second credit card. I again called BS. The manager was finally called and she tried 2 times to use my card at which time it worked. The staff never apologized for the inconvenience after this. I will never go back and warn caution to those who are thinking of staying here. "

"The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, near from the city"

"The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had coffee whenever we wanted. The room is very neat and manageable for a walker. The breakfast goes above and beyond, excellent! The hotel is equipped with 4 front handicap stalls which really is a great thing for “us” retirees that require mobility devices. There is access to shopping within 10 minutes. It’s quite relaxing to stay here. It was our second year and we will be back in May 2027."
