Ching's Pond Tours and Activities

This was one of the MY worst experience. I had to endure it for four days. The manager sent me an email on how to obtain the key via lockbox but did not tell me which was my room. The parking lot was full of potholes. The place has never been updated and looks it. There was no light at night so I can open the door it was touch feely time. The handle came off from the shower. No trash pickup for four days. No change of towels. Linen was shabby. The hair conditioner dispenser was empty. The floors have to be replaced from stains. The neighborhood was seedy and I would not walk there at night. The water pressure was nonexistent when someone used their shower or sink. Walls were paper thin and I could distinctively here others speaking. No tissues. I had to hunt for the hair dryer and iron. Ironing board was one of those tiny ones you place on a table. THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM WAS THE DAMN FERAL CHICKENS ESPECIALLY THE ROOSTERS ALL OVER THE PLACE. THE ROOSTERS STARTED THEIR SQUAKING AT 2 AM AND CONTINUED ALL NIGHT. The house next door even had a pen of fowl. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Great location. Anything you may need is walking distance. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The staff is responsive and express check in/out was convenient. Will be back.
