Check in process was convoluted. Reception didn't answer the phone when I called multiple times. Cheap beds that weren't great to sleep in, including one bed that the springs in the base all broken and saggy. Nice clean and new apartment, close to coles and some restaurants, but overall just an average experience/stay.

We had a wonderful 9 nights stay. Overall a very pleasant stay. Only reasons for the 4 stars are that cleaning could ve been better and property is a little bit dated but overall experience was really good. A lot of amenities were provided. View was incredible from the balcony and all the rooms. Nothing can beat that.
