A hidden little gem... I wasn't too sure what to expect following mixed reviews from past travellers. I stayed in a deluxe king room with breakfast on the 8th floor (Friday / Saturday) and was very impressed. The interior upgrade has transformed the hotel. Upgrade is a work in progress so be sure to check with staff before booking if wanting to stay in the upgraded rooms.... Only 5-10mins walk to China Town, Myers/David Jones and the new Emporium. Not to mention the theatres and great cafes /...

The location was excellent. We enjoyed a 2 night stay on Saturday and Sunday night.
Check in was problem free and the reception staff friendly and efficient.
Booked a 2 bedroom apartment which is a studio and one bedroom apartment connected by outer lockable door.
This was great as we were travelling with an adult son who had privacy in studio.
Apartments contained all necessary facilities and beds were comfortable
I had requested a quiet apartment on higher level away from lifts and that...

It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.
